The hotel is ideally located, close to everything. the rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet, offering a beautiful view. the staff is friendly and helpful, assisting with ski equipment and providing useful information. the breakfast is varied and tasty, with a buffet offering an array of options. the hotel is a perfect base for exploring the mountains, providing a comfortable and convenient stay.
The check-in process could be more convenient, with information provided in advance instead of requiring a phone call.

We had a truly wonderful experience during our romantic escape in this hotel. The room was spotless, spacious and had a beautiful view. The breakfast was great and offered a lot of variety. We also really appreciated the helpful staff who assisted us with everything we needed. The location was perfect: very close to everything we wanted to see and do.
We wished there was better communication regarding the information provided on the hotel's website. Specifically, the room description was not entirely accurate and caused some confusion upon our arrival.

I had a really great stay here! The room was spacious, quiet, and super clean. The breakfast had a lot of variety and there was a beautiful view. The location was also perfect, close to everything, including the mountains.
